Caroline Pamukcu Secures Impressive Maryland CCI4*-S Victory Ahead of CHIO Aachen Showdown

Caroline Pamukcu won the blue ribbon at the Maryland International CCI4*-S event last weekend.
Her skill drove her to ride her trusted horse, She’s The One, as she earned a score of 45.2.
This win marks a step on her road to the CHIO Aachen next week.

The event took place at Loch Moy Farm under the guidance of course planner Andrew Heffernan.
The course came with a new route and a strict optimum time rule that tested each rider.
Caroline, who rode at the 2024 Olympics in France, faced the challenge in heat and rain.
No rider reached the optimum time, and each competitor felt the tough test.

Caroline praised the course design and the work behind it.
She liked the care used in the footing work even in heat and recent rains.
She said, "I’m super pleased with the day today."
Her coaches, Samantha St. Jacques and Anne Kursinski, helped improve her jump and dressage moves.

Her horse, She’s The One, owned by Mollie Hoff and Sherrie Martin, showed quick moves and steady calm.
The horse’s actions helped Caroline reach her win.
This feat means much as she now faces the best at CHIO Aachen, a top event in her sport.

Riders on other levels also made their mark at Maryland.
Isabelle Bosley won the CCI3*-S with her horse, Connor, while Jennie Brannigan took first place in the CCI2*-S with Royal Scandic.
Both riders praised their horses for bold moves and clear style.

In the newcomer group, FEI rookie Raelyn Snyder won the CCI1*-S on American Thunder, a horse with partial vision.
Her win shows that eventing welcomes riders at every level.

Now, as competitors end their Maryland events, the next test waits at CHIO Aachen.
Caroline Pamukcu carries her win forward as she joins elite riders on the global stage.
